Who operates Figgy. Figgy is operated by Artwurks Unlimited, 423 Main St, Hartford, CT 06103. Contact us at apps@artwurksunlimited.com.

What we collect. The email address and password of the parent or guardian account holder, held by our authentication provider. Child profile details you enter, such as first name, grade and avatar choice. Practice activity, such as problems attempted, hints used, streaks and session minutes. Technical analytics data, such as pages viewed, device type and browser type.

Payments. Card details are entered on Wix Payments and are never seen or stored by Figgy. We receive confirmation of a payment, its amount, and the subscription status.

Homework images. A photo you take for Snap & Solve is used to produce the step-by-step guidance for that problem. It is not used for advertising and is not shown to other users.

What we do not do. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track location.

Children. Figgy is meant to be used by a child under a parent or guardian's account. We ask for as little information as the schoolwork needs, and we do not ask a child for contact details.

Deleting your data. Email apps@artwurksunlimited.com from your account address to have the account and its child profiles deleted. We will reply to confirm when it is done.

Changes. If this policy changes we will update the date on this page.
