Terms of Service

Figgy is a study helper for students in grades 4-8, operated by Artwurks Unlimited, 423 Main St, Hartford, CT 06103.

Accounts. Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older, who is responsible for the child's use of Figgy.

Price and billing. Figgy is $5.99 per month, billed monthly through Wix Payments. You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests within 7 days of a charge are honored.

Pilot families. Families who took part in the Figgy pilot keep free lifetime access. That access is not affected by these terms and is not transferable.

Acceptable use. Do not resell access, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass the subscription.

Service. Figgy is provided as it is. Features may change or be added over time.
